Hello,

I have a strange problem to which I can't find a solution.

I run Ubuntu 20.04 on a NUC6CAYH box, Kodi 19.1 is installed.
Playing 1080p videos max., I have a 1080p projector.
Before that, I had Linux Mint 18.2 on the same NUC, Kodi 18, and it worked flawlessly (after updating kernel and graphics driver, as I remember; on Ubuntu 20.04 now the Intel graphics driver are baked into the kernel.)

I have intermittent stutters when playing 25fps videos ONLY, other framerates are completely smooth.

I have (of course) played around with all the Kodi settings for hours, to no avail. The stutters remain.

Anyone with similar experiences? Any other possible remedies (perhaps OS related?) which I could try?

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.
