Dear all,

How do I stop Kodi from "cancelling playback" when paused? I.e. how do I tell Kodi to stay paused indefinitely?
Part of the problem is I don't know what this feature is called! It's evidently not screensaver, since adjusting screensaver options does not change this behaviour...
At the moment, it's super frustrating because I lose my playlist every time I go to the bathroom!

Perhaps it's a Aeon Tajo 'feature', but Kodi has no auto-stop during pause functionality.
In fact, others have requested an option to stop a video in Kodi after a certain pause length.

Try to use the default Estuary skin (restart Kodi) and see if videos stops during pausing are still a thing.
If they are, provide the full debug log (wiki) of such a moment.
