Most of my PVR radio stations do not have guide data and I generally listen live anyway so I would prefer the default that "Radio channel groups" icons target radiochannels not radioguide.  Is this possible without editing the skin?

No, that's not possible.

OK thanks.   I will find out on the LibreElec forum if can run a sed script to do this when the Kodi version updates.
