Kodi 19.3 is not remembering my subtitles setting IE Turn subtitles off do this for all videos...  It is remembering audio settings but not subtitles..  Every time I restart kodi subtitles or on by default again which is annoying.

In Terms of audio....

Although even turning up the Amplification.. I still need to turn up the audio almost full. Even though I did not need to with 18.9. One I turned up the amplification I only ever needed the volume set half way on all videos not matter what.

Update...

I think the audio issue is/was my end...

But  no matter what I do I can't get it to remember my default setting for subtitles.. OFF...

I got it!... 

I had to go into Settings -> Player -> Preferred audio language: NONE

I just don't remember having to do that before... I went in through when a video was playing and said this was the setting for all videos... Oh well...
