Hi! 

I have an rtx 3080 ti and 12900k and wonder what is the best possible setup for kodi? Madvr? 

I have tested and used nvidia DSR upscaling, render in higher quality then downscale. 
I know madvr can upscale using gpu and or cpu. 

So what's my options? 
I have a benq 1080p monitor. 

I'v used kodi a lot in the past for proper passthrough, but never fiddeled with the rendering part. 

If there is a good guide somewhere I'd be happy to just go by it.

If that is your only output, Kodi out of the box will suffice. Check out Video levels and color space (wiki)
