Settings => Movies => Scraper-Images => Preferred languages => load only images of media language (or something like that).
Media language is initially set by source language and can be switch for an individual movie over the context menu if you want.

that does not work. its seems to be only the fanart that is not right.
something else that is a bit nippy is having to click the + on posters, fanart etc.etc. it would be nice if we could just click the pic as it already turns grey when you do to indicate your choice.
