No. RT has been removed from the Kodi repository at the request of its author.
This identity politics us such bullshit.
The author has withdrawn the addon, so even if we wanted to, it is not going to be in the repo any longer.
The overall point has been discussed within the team (as we also have both Ukrainian and Russian members) but the whole point is moot anyway given there is no addon any more.
