Hi,

just installed an Asus BC-12D2HT Blu-Ray reader. After installing some software and adding KEYDB.cfg I can play my Blu-Rays in VLC. Kodi however says (with debug logging):

2022-05-01 00:45:36.509 T:140420067559168    INFO: CD-ROM with unknown filesystem

2022-05-01 00:45:36.509 T:140420067559168 WARNING: Filesystem is not supported

I find surprisingly little info in Google on this, which makes me suspect this works for most people.
Where should I look?

Cheers,
BC
Hi all,

this seems to work when I mount the BluRay disk manually first. So I will have discs mounted automatically and simply browse to the correct playlist.
Should someone have a solution without mounting, I'm very open to it.

Don´t use an outdated Kodi version Wink

This is fixed in Kodi Martix if I'm not mistaken.
Hi,

I have some Add-ons that not have been ported to the newer versions yet. I do not use them often though, so maybe it's time to forget about those and upgrade. I will come back with a follow-up of the problem,

Cheers,

I just upgraded to 19 and now I remember why I'm usually reluctant to do so: my DVDs will not play anymore ...
