Full Version: DSTV Now (0.15.9) unexpected error

We are getting a DSTV unexpected error when we try to log into DSTV Via Kodi. I would appreciate assistance on the steps I need to take to rectify this.
To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Use the Kodi Paste Site. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum
I am trying to upload a picture to show the problem because I don't understand the codes you are mentioning.

Press the i-button in the text editor's menu bar, and select your picture. It will uploaded to the imgur website and linked automatically in your text box.

If your not in South Africa, that'll be the issue.
Yes, what you were using to appear there has been working to now, but they have blocked that now

Can you be able to assist me? it's been 4 weeks now, no access to dstv and I have a subcription.
Go post on those forums.
Many users there not having issues.
So I suspect something on your end.
Does their website work for you?
So it might need an update of some sort? the app on its own.
