Hi everyone.

I would like to share how I have successfully installed Kodi 19.4 on my iPad with iOS (no jailbreaked). I think this information should be in the Wiki, but I am facing some problems creating an account. I hope Admins can help me with this issue (token received at registration is reported as expired).

In the meantime, these are the steps to follow:

1- Download Kodi for iOS and convert .deb to .ipa: https://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Install_Ko...b_into_ipa
2- Download and install Sideloadly: https://sideloadly.io/
3- Start Sideloadly, connect your iPad to your laptop and be sure it is detected.
4- Choose the IPA file, enter your Apple account information (this is used to self-sign the .ipa file) and click start. Wait some minutes until Sideloadly ends the process.
5- Open the App on your iOS device and enjoy it.

For the record, I have used sideloadly v0.26.2 on my Windows laptop, but the app is also available for macOS.

Regards.
After starting the thread, I found another post explaining the process: https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid...pid3090702

I insist this method should be easier to find adding it on the Wiki, especially when the Cydia Impactor no longer works since November 2019 (https://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Install_Ko...a_Impactor).
Why wouldn’t you use AltStore to get automatic resigning every 7 days…

That would be great, but unfortunately it is not possible. I have personally tried it without success.

See bug reported in AltStore's github:
https://github.com/rileytestut/AltStore/issues/7

Hopefully in the near future we could have it working.
