I am using Arctic Horizon 2 skin on nvidia shield. I am trying to speed up its load time. There are a few addons I wont be using anymore (but may in the future). Is there a difference if I disable the addon vs uninstalling? I would prefer to keep them since I already have my settings established but if uninstall makes it faster I will do that. Thank you
