Hi,
I am not good at this so please bear with my ignorance.
I have:
"QNAP TVS-673" NAS,
"Unifi Dream Machine Pro" and
Fiber 1000/1000Mbit/s at home.
I want to watch movies from this NAS in my cabin that I have on a campsite.
In the cabin I have:
Laptop Asus GL504GW-ES043T with Win11 22H2 and Kodi 19.4 (19.4.0).
Router ASUS RT-AX88U with fiber connection down to 200Mbit/s in the area I live in at the campsite, I am under the campsite's network.
I have a VPN in my UDM Pro.
I can play an old series mp4 file but not a movie in 1080, then Kodi crashes.
See: https://paste.kodi.tv/icikexutig.kodi
My questions are:
1. Does anyone know what is wrong?
2. Does anyone know what I can do about the error?
Thank you for your time.

I think so. We are not the official support for Ubiquiti / UDM Pro hardware nor are we for VPNs in general. We actually have a VPN policy (wiki) on this forum.
I suggest you contact the hardware vendor as Kodi itself will run just fine without a VPN.

EDIT: does a normal, non-RAR, video file play okay? Do only the RAR videos crash?
Now I have the same problem with kodi when I'm at home, kodi crashes as soon as I go into the movie folders, I don't even have time to press the movie file to play.
