I just reinstalled Kodi and my remote with Flirc isnt working. Up/down/left/right/OK all work fine but I can't get the Stop/Play/Pause/Next buttons working at all.

I'm not sure what im doing wrong. I reprogrammed everything in Flirc and it seems to be just fine but Kodi wont recognize any of the buttons. Any thoughts?

Running Kodi on a linux desktop? If so, try MediaPlayerRemoteInterface addon.

Can close this. I got everything (mostly) working again. 

On the Firc, I had go to File -> Clear Confiuration" and remap all the buttons. it's mostly working now. Thanks
