How do I upgrade Speedtest from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3? I use OSMC Raspberry Pi 4. Using “search” and type in GitHub gives me the sad face and reboots. Speed test is available in Kodi 18. I use Kodi 19.5.

You can download the zip file from here... https://github.com/add-ons/script.speedt...tag/v1.1.3
Install in Kodi using the "Install via zip" method.

Please don't plaster this question in the "How do I use a forum" sub-thread. We don't want this forum to become a mess.

Really? It may be used in the form of some add-on perhaps, but Speedtest is certainly no integral part of the Kodi source code on Github. Can you perhaps point out where you saw this v18 version?
Kodi 18.9 will run speedtest 1.1.2. If you upgrade to 19.5 this same version needs to be updated to 1.1.3. There is no update process for this to happen in python 3. (19.5). I am using a vpn and knowing speed is critical when selecting a protocol. Kodi 19.5 has no update for 1.1.3 and will not allow the GitHub addon to be downloaded as far as I can see. Speedtest works perfect in 18.9. I am using Raspberry Pi 4.
Speed Tester 1.1.2+matrix.1 installs from Kodi repo and runs fine for me.  Is this not what you need?

Speed tester 1.1.2 runs on 18.9 for me but not on 19.5 on my RPI 4. Speed tester 1.1.3 is recommended using 19.5. However the update is unavailable.

OK maybe an RPI issue?  (But it is not clear where you got this recommendation?)
