How can I configure Kodi to show TV shows with episodes that failed to scrape? To fallback to local information scraper or just show the file names as episodes? I couldn't find any information how to do that.
I tried to make a debug log on Android but don't know how to access the log file.

There is a Kodi Log Uploader add-on you can use to access the debug log (wiki).

Showing unscraped videos is basically impossible as those files are not in the video database.
