This is just for info. (for those with newer hardware simular to mine: ASRock H670M-ITX/ax, with a Intel Core i5-12500)
Found this out by accident.
(this issue does not happend on windows)
How to reproduce.
set delay after change of refresh rate to for example 3 seconds under(settings/system) (I did this because i had a slow projector to start show picture after refresh rate change, usaully not a problem for tv)
then I experienced that resume movies would not start, and i had to push stop button 2 times.
to get rid of this, was to reduce the delay after change of refresh rate down to 1 seconds, and everything is working as expected.
