It looks like only kodi is in the lunar ppa no binaries.
The teamkodi PPA is not currently being maintained. Don't expect that to change anytime soon. So any new branches are extremely unlikely to be populated for the foreseeable future
So i should remove official Kodi repository and use the one maintained by my distro...?

it's your machine, do what works for you
if the ubuntu maintained PPA offers what you need, use that, i dont think you need to be told how to manage your own system

Fuzzard and like users of other distro's have always been doing you are going to use the Ubuntu version. It doesn't stop you from positing here here or raising issues on GitHub.
