Shimi2k (rip) created a resolution icon pack. The link in the thread I have found is not working anymore.

I've gone round in circles looking for them on here and google. In my heart I'm sure they must be stored somewhere but most of what I change is already included so I don't really know the places to look if I'm honest.
Can anyone help me find them please?
