Hello, i have been unable to find a solotion to this problem on this forum 
But i'm having som problems with XBMC crashing during playback of any video files, the crashes are at total random, some times i crashed 30% in to the movie, some times at 10%.
I just bought some new hardics today 2x1TB SATS, from 2 verry old 160GB's
So i desidet to install ubuntu on my media center. I did a clearn install of Ubuntu 8.10 and i'm using XBMC 'Atlantis', with the mediastream skin.
I think i have found the problem to be something with the sound, because one of the crasheses, i got so iretated, that i had to get away from my tv when i got back, what xbmc, running again "almost" it was BADLY lagging thoug the movie at about 0.00001 FPS, and all sound was gone. also out on the desktop.
Do any 1 know this problem?
