Can anyone help me?

Have you set content on the source folder and scanned into the library? The info wont show without scanning.

Now I have delete my database and added the video again.
But there is still no info text. I think xbmc won't scan after a nfo file.

Fanart should not show in files mode in PM3.HD anyways.
What version (svn build) of XBMC are you using?

I'm unfamiliar with the id tag format that you are using. xx??
The workaround that I use for setting up movie nfos for movies that are not in the IMDB is to.
Use billyad2000's XBMC Media Companion to build nfos for movies that are in the IMDB, then take one of those nfo files, and copy it to the movie directory of the movie that is not in the imdb to use as the basis.
Open this copied nfo file and edit the plot, rating, title, etc. but leave the id tag as is.
Before switching to library mode, in files mode, I pull up the context menu of the "Movies" directory and ensure that Set Content is set for IMDB (since the id tag format that I am using begins with tt)
You will want to makesure that you have a folder.jpg & or movie.tbn file in the folder so that your movie gets a thumbnail attached to it before you scan for new content.

I dont know, if i add a movie into the database, xbmc shows me the movie id "xx000001".
And so i added it into the nfo data.
but i dont have a folder.jpg or a moviename.tbn ... is that important? what is a .tbn? and how can i build that data? do i need the .tbn for the info text?

I can only suggest the following:
a. use only xml tags you want to show (ie skip all the empty ones and those you have no need for like id).
b. try a newer build.
