how would you use these in a skin? like what skin would you recommend to use and what would I label them as and all?
These have the ratio of banners so really all you would need is to overwrite your current folder.jpg.
What about the rest of them ?

Until your skin comes out, what skin is probably the best to use if I want to use these? I dont even know what skin he was using in that screen shot...

I used my own skin Vision II with these Icons...
I suggest using any skin that has a dark background, because a lot of icons dont have color in the logos, they are simply white lettering (The Office, Scrubs, House, etc)
I designed Vision2 around these logo's, so you'll see it takes advantage of them a lot in the skin... whereas other skins don't quiet, like MediaStream, that skin has a 'border' around wide icons, even if its a blank icon.
