APE with cue, songs can be shown in list, but can not play.

latest 8.10 ‘Atlantis’ release.

Any idea?

APE codec did not make it into XBMC for Mac release, the build was all messed up and incomplete from the previous Mac devs. All binaries must have proper source code and build scripts or they don't go into release Sad
