is there anyway to access the Aux Audio input through xbmc? I would like to use XBMC in my bathroom but i'd like to be able to plug an ipod into it as well and be able to have the computer output the audio from that instead.

is this possible? I'd even pay to have that feature!
anyone know?
First of, Please dont bump your thread in < 24h, let the people around the globe have time to answer.

No onwards to an answer:

Currently we dont handle it, my spontaenous feeling about it is that we should handle it as it can be a usefull feature, its borderlining on the job the reciever is supposed to do though.

What you can do now hovewer is go into alsamixer in terminal and press tab and unmute, and turn on monitor on the mic / line in. That should take audio from the line in to the speakers regardless what XBMC tries to do. Just the same as there is in windows actually.

P.S Id say you could post this as a suggestion on trac, cant promise a dev will do it though.
But your always welcome to make a donation to team-xbmc

Cheers
