Now I messed up my XBMC when up-grading so I had to re-install and I lost some of my scripts that were not backed up, only to find that xbmc scripts site is no longer with us, and the new site doesn't have these scripts. Can anyone link me or point me in the right direction to obtain the following scripts? Google failed me =(

TWiT (This Week in Tech audio podcast)
Cranky Geeks (vidcast)
CommandN (vidcast)
G4TV (vidcast)
I only have the G4TV one, I've never used or heard of the others.

EDIT: I uploaded the working one. (at least it works on my xbox with the same t3ch build you've got)
Thanks. EDIT The script isn't working for me (curreny on T3CH XBMC 2008-12-30 SVN rev16762) =(
It used to work but I don't remember which XBMC version I used before.

This Week in Tech is a podcast network hosted by Leo Laporte (former host of Call for Help, The Screen Savers, and The Lab with Leo on G4TechTV). CommandN is hosted by Amber Mac also from Call for Help, and Cranky Geeks is hosted by John C Dvorak (hosted tech shows on ZDTV)
If what you need is only to watch video podcast, try the script Mediastream (no link with the skin) : http://code.google.com/p/mediastream/
Then edit the media.xml and add the URL of the podcats you want to add, everything is explained in the readme file.
Check out the Navi-X script at http://website.navi-x.org/.

This scripts supports all the mentioned podcasts and has many more.

Sweet thanks. I heard of Navi-X on Google and stuff but I had no idea what it did. You rule!
Navi-X has movies, music, television episodes, podcasts, shoutcast, rss feeds and much more all streaming with the option to download!!! It's the best thing to happen to XBMC since Microsoft!!! http://www.navi-x.org
