I'm about to purchase a HTPC chassis.
I found this one I liked from Silverstone.

My question is, would the Remote and Display work in XBMC Live ?

I did search around here for info but I could not find any conclusive info.
So if anyone here have a chassis with this VFD/IR unit it would be nice with some info.

Thanks.

From the pictures it looks just like the one in my Silverstone LC16 which is the imon soundgraph unit which does work with lirc and lcdproc with some work of course.

I think (I am not sure) you could maybe setup something in the LCD.xml file in your userdata folder or in an advancedsettings.xml file.

I have not tried this it is only what I am thinking would make sense to me.

Hi I now have the media center up and running with digital sound and
a picture on my old 37" Panasonic tube I'm using 480p 16:9 resolution.
After some minor tweaking in xorg.conf.

But I have not managed to get the remote or display working (Device ID: 0x15c2:0x0038)
The most important now is to get the remote working.
I have tried but no success :-(

Anyone have had success with the rm200 remote to work in
XBMC Live installed to a HDD ?

Heres a picture of the remote:
