Is there a way to easily see which tv show or movie was added recently like in boxee?

I am using the library, what I meant is that I can't see how how can sort/filter to see latest files added to library

When you are in your movie library, select the blank icon before your first movie. That will bring you to a menu where you can select Genre, recently added, etc.
