I already created this logo some time ago and it WAS the new one, somewhere along the line it's been uploaded again and the wrong logo has been uploaded!
It was created from a vector source so it's very clean, though yours looks it as well.

You're right, I just thought someone uploaded the old version of the logo in favor of the new one because it was in the mediaflags folder I downloaded. The one I made was from a hires European version of the logo, and I mimicked the bug they used to have on the Dutch channel. IMHO, it looks really nice :p

Guys...
There's some work going on in another thread discussing 'rationalising' the way artwork / thumbs / logos / flags etc are named... to have a more rigid, but far more powerful scheme for filenames.
It is still only a proposal right now, but input (particularly on the flagging) would be great.
