To reproduce,

Start partymode
Go to partymode playlist
Use queue to remove some entries (Nothing will appear to happen)
leave the playlist window and return
A bunch of extra entries of the songs that were attempted to be removed will now appear.

Sounds like a keymap problem. By default Q is not remapped in MusicPlaylists. Delete is used to delete stuff from the playlist.
