Kodi Community Forum - Is there a list of Keybindings

I absolutely love this program, but I have a couple of questions that I could not find answers for both in the forums and in the Online Documentation.

1. What are the Default Key Bindings for playback control (fast forward; jump ahead, jump back, etc..) while watching videos?

2. Is there a way to jump to a certain point in a video with just a mouse click? For example, I want to set a book mark on a video, but do not want to wait for it to play through normally to get to that point.

I am using version 8.10 on Windows Vista Home premium, displayed on my HD TV on video card head 2.

Thank you for the reply and information. I think I will print it out as a "cheat sheet" until I get the keybindings memorized!
