Whats the difference?
Useing Aeon, and I can choose to have scrips in the main menu, but to start a plugin I have to choose Movies, and the go back two steps, to find video plugins.

What are the differens, and why use two folders?

a plugin is a directory service.

a script is a full blown new window. they are two completely different beasts and hence they are separated
