I'm trying to make a simple script/plugin that will launch
E:\Progra~1\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc dshow:// :dshow-vdev="ASUS ES3-100 BDA Analog Capture" :dshow-adev="ASUS ES3-100 BDA Audio " -f
for me, and possibly even embed the playback in XBMC as videos normally do.
The point of this is I have an external DTV box thing and when I launch VLC like that it'll show what's playing on it to my TV tuner. What I'm doing presently is either choosing a link for VLC in the start menu to watch TV or starting XBMC to do anything else.
If I can succeed in this, I'll be able to just have XBMC start with Windows and use it entirely.
