Hi All

have an issue running XBMC on a usb key or usb hdd

basically in safe mode i get

found harddisk at /dev/sda
attempting to resume fdrom hibernation...
will mount root from /dev/sda
setting up our squashfs and ext3fs unionfs system...
mount: mounting /dev/sda on /mnt failed: invalid argument
did not find /mnt/rootfs.img
sleeping for 0.5 seconds...
mount root from .dev.sda1...

mount: mounting /dev/sda on /mnt failed: invalid argument

i have changed everything to use UUID but as you can see its using/dev/sda

i believe the problem is a script in initrd0.img called disk.
it seems to look for hda hdb sda sdb mounting the first drive

this might be my ubuntu installation

i have no idea how to fix this
i have tried extracting editing and packing initrd0.img but it was a compleate failure

any ideas welcome
