Hello,
is it possible to install Ubuntu on a System while I use a ATI Card, but change this one tomorrow for a nVidia? Or is it better to install Ubuntu tomorrow when I have my nVidia Card?

There shouldn't be much problems with doing that, but if you only have to wait one day it's not worth the risk.
