I am running ubuntu 8.10 32 bit
and XBMC 9.04-beta1 r19929
running under GDM

I have followed the directions from pretty much every how to and wiki for getting plugins to work, and I have them half way working but I am getting errors every step of the way

the error is

special://home/scripts/My Scripts/Hulu/default.py
(you can replace hulu with the name of any other script/plugin I have tried)

I get this when I go to scripts and try to run things, and I get this when I try and add a video plugin. When I go the video plugin route I am able to do some retrival but I have the same error pop up with every click durring navigation.

I tried running through the advanced search to see if someone else had this problem but no dice.

can you please provide a Debug Log from when you are trying to run a script?

This covers me using 2 methods to get the plugins working and not the whole log as I read from the wiki regarding posting debug logs. I hope this is enough.

That is NOT a full log. Do NOT cut the log. We are looking for version information as well as other details.

Also, not even sure the hulu plugin works.

But, it also says: "Hulu --> WARNING: Could not login. Please enter a username and password in settings"

I also tried to run XBMC zone and got the same errors
