turn on debugging, paste the entire contents of xbmc.log into a pastebin site, copy only that link into the forum as well as an explanation of what's wrong and what you have already tried to do to fix it.

as of right now, mind reading isn't an XBMC feature. Perhaps by the time it hits XBMC 894.04-Zyrtec it will become one.

go to this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\Jesús\Datos de programa\XBMC\plugins\video\Apple Movie Trailers Lite\resources\lib

and check to see if it has xbmcplugin_trailers.py and xbmcplugin_trailers.pyo along with 8 other files. your xbmc isn't finding those files. perhaps you prematurely shut down XBMC while installing the plugin?

you could try to delete the Apple Movie Trailers Lite folder and try reinstalling it under Programs using the SVN repo installer. go to Programs > Program plugins > SVN Repo Installer > xbmc-addons > plugins > video > Apple Movie Trailers Lite (1.6.2)

Also, try using the default pmiii skin to see if it works with that. What's happening to you is not normal. I just installed your version of xbmc and downloaded the apple movie trailers lite v1.6.2 and it worked for me. do any other plugins work for you or does only this one mess up?

nicoli_k's diagnosis sounds good to me... something went screwy with the install. If you haven't already, grab the svn repo installer and try to install the addon again. DON'T USE UPDATE, just go through the motions and install the entire thing again.

for PM3.HD, go to Settings > Skin Settings and enable Programs for the button to show, but that's not the issue here.

Since none of the plugins are working, it looks like your installation of XBMC is messed up. You could try a complete uninstall and re-install it. There are some system files that are missing in it. Has it ever worked for you?

Plugins and scripts have never worked...

A complete uninstall (deleting all folders and cleaning the registry) and re-install hasn't repaired nothing. Sad

Hello,

Uninstall xbmc, then delete manually C:\Documents and Settings\Jesús\Datos de programa\XBMC folder (there are not data in registry to delete). Install again xbmc and make sure you place userfolder under xbmc folder instead of documents and settings........ Launch xbmc with -fs -p parameters. Look at xbmc folder for [folder]\plugins\Video\Apple Movie Trailers Lite. There you should find a default.py and a resources folder (!!). Look at [folder]\userdata\plugin_data\video\Apple Movie Trailers Lite for settings.xml file. If everything is ok try it now.
