I don't agree. Time at the top, transparent horizontal scrolling menu bar on the bottom third and news ticker tape below that. While not a complete rip off, I can certainly see where they got there inspiration from.
I don't think this is very close to aeon at all. Even if it was who cares. Aeon has made its mark. It moved all media center skins to a new level. Copies have and will keep coming. Just like mods for the original keep coming. People are going to take and idea and run with it. This drama about copying it just needs to stop.
It doesn't really look like Aeon any more than Aeon looks like the XMB. Kind of like Apple getting mad because everyone uses Coverflow. Bit of a non-issue this, tbh.

Quotes like "The API interfaces easily with Python" me suspicious too. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe that screenshot is just a mockup.
What exactly do you think they ripped off from XBMC?
