To me it is very unclear

How about displaying the user comments and ratings in plot area just below the video details, viewing at video playback time?

Eurogamer.net has a comments rating system. I want it.

There is also a chance of it being a plugin, so I don't exclude that as a possibility either.

Ah come on, lets face it, your initial question wasn't clear enough, you dind't say how or where you want them, you just said what and that you want them.

I guess what Spiff is saying is that if you want something, you should either do it yourself or ask (nicely) someone else to do it for you...

My initial question was not clear enough and I shouldn't have expected for anyone to help me I am very very sory.

The thing is that I need it soon and my abilities are just...inufficinet.

I could be wrong, but I think Garion is a pretty good speller and rarely uses sarcasm.
