hey guys,

I was wanting to edit my home screen so that instead of:

Programs
Videos
Music
Pictures
Weather

I want it to read:

TV Shows
Movies
Streaming
Games
Weather

I found a tutorial here that i think answers my question, I'm not sure if I could link it so that when i select TV Shows, it takes me straight to the Library/TV Shows/Title screen. The Same with Movies, and the Streaming to link to Video Plugins.

is this possible? or am I aiming too high?

oh sorry, the standard PMIII skin on a regular TV

If this is what you had in mind here is the xml, back up old copy of home.xml from PAL folder then replace with this one.

heyy sorry about the delayed reply. the menu now reads:

Programs
TV Shows
Movies
Streaming
Games


then along the bottom it says
Settings Games File Manager

ideally I would want it to read:

TV Shows
Movies
Streaming
Games
Weather

and then along the bottom to be the deafult:
Settings Scripts File Manager

Go to options>skin settings and toggle off programs on home screen

i'm having trouble finding that toggle switch, i've gone into settings and found skin settings but i cant find any toggle for taking programs off the home screen :S.

i'm using xbmc 9.04.1 r20848 (compiled: jun 1 2009) if that's any help?

I am away from pc right now with PM3 on it but i know for sure it's been in Settings for a while man.
