1) How do I get custom backdrops work for the main menu? I've set the correct folders for TV and Movies, but all I get is the movie backdrop when I'm in the actual Movie main menu, but not the root main menu.

2) The text size of the fonts for the menu in the main menu are tiny, the same size of the time and date. Why? Every screenshot I see has the text for the different sections very large.

Anyone? I didn't make this thread against the rules, did I?

I think the smaller fonts are a new update from DJH hence why you see the larger one in most screenshots

I had the same problem with the backdrops. I had to update my XBMC to the latest build and then redo the settings. Works like a charm now.
