I'm going through all my TV Shows right now and having XBMC scan them and download info/pictures. However, there's a couple entries that are missing, so I decided to make some custom banners for them so the whole library looks nice and neat. 
Anyway, that leaves me with two questions:
1. How do I import custom banners to XBMC? [I am using an Xbox]
2. What is the pixel size of XBMC TV Show banners?
