iso's start up pretty much instantly on my atv.

I might be wrong, but looking at your log its decoding the CSS key's for each vob file, which accounts for most of the wait time. I remove CSS from all of my iso's when i save them, which i suspect will account for the difference in start up time.

Why don't you try an iso with CSS removed and see if you still have the problem?

Hmm, I use anydvd + dvd shrink, so I would expect all encryption already stripped.
