I am trying to install XBMC Live on Zotac Ion.

When I boot with LIVE CD (9.04.1 Downloaded form download page), I get:

run-init: /sbin/init: I/O Error

Tried CD boot/ Safe mode/ Install on HD option.

Any idea what could it be?

Hardware seems ok since I was able to install Vista on one partition.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did verify the burn after creating the CD?
Have you tried the CD in an alternative machine?

You know what... I didn't.

LOL forgot the basic when it comes to troubleshooting.

I thought CD was ok since I was able to see XBMC logo.

But I will try that.
