Hi !
I found when googling the net that executing a program with "pasuspender" (pasuspender -- xbmc) will launch the program with pulseaudio disabled and therefore running it with ALSA instead.
Is there a way that i can see if this really works? Can i see anywhere if xbmc is using pulseaudio or alsa after executing with this command?
If I can verify that this really works then this is a good solution to get rid of pulseaudio temporarily and still benefit from it when running the ubuntu desktop.
