All,
I have three XBMC live boxes running in my house. Each one has a Microsoft Media Center RC6 remote control and USB IR receiver. I'm about to add a fourth XBMC live box and was about to order another Microsoft MCE remote when I found that Microsoft discontinued this product! I found several places that sell a DELL version of the MS MCE remote. It's got a slightly different button config on the remote, but the IR receiver looks the same.
Here's one on Ebay for reference.
I've seen discussions on alternatives to the MS MCE remote, but never saw anyone talk about the Dell version specifically. Has anyone used a Dell MCE remote succesfully with XBMC live? Just curious. If not, I'll report back with my findings in a few days.
