I am running xbmc on my PC with Itouch remote.
when i goto the video plugins > some streeming show > a pop up box asks if i want high quality or nomal. The Itouch remote gets confused here and cant do anything.

I want to know if there is a way to tell xbmc to always select the Normal Quality.

That sounds like it'd be an option in the plugin rather than in XBMC.
