hi,
I have recently just setup an acer revo with xbmc live.
All was working great apart from I came accross this problem today.
I clicked ctrl + alt + f1 and got into the terminal
It asked for my username which worked fine but when it went to password the cursor just blinked and everytime i tried to type nothing was being outputted, it just stayed blank. So everytime i click enter now it says incorrect password.

I just reinstalled XBMC live and the problem still persists.

Any Ideas?

there is no output for the password, type the password in and press enter

haha *noob alert* silly me, must have hit a wrong key last time i tried it.
