Is there anyway to map the video resolution to a key? Or movie information to a single key?

Do you mean aspect ratio?
Display. I would like to be able to toggle between full screen and windowed. Also I would like to be able to pull up the movie information with one button.

To toggle fullscreen/window use the / key or command-f. To get movie info I think it's the "i" key.
