due to recent changes in the weather.com plus plugin (1.2.3 or up), some skin code needs to be updated.
download and replace: Includes_Weather.xml

same goes to all of you using the latest Home Theater Experience script (1.5.1 or up).
download and replace: DialogVideoInfo.xml

those files should be put in ..skin/Transparency!/720p/
