i try to play a TS file with a dvb-subtitle on the last version of XBMC for WIN
and it seems the subtitle are recognition but not appear on the screen.

why i don't see subtitle?

At least recordings from Finnish YLE channels made with VDR work right for me.

im using a DVB-S2 card and satellite dish
with MediaPortal the subtitle working very good.

to upload a sample of those TS file ?

please turn on the debug log (settings->system->debug) and post a ful debug log via pastebin. If you can provide a small sample file that would be nice. YOu might want to attach it to a ticket (if it's small enough)
