I guess each person has their own tastes... Personally I think its useless information that should/could be accessed elsewhere. Or, at least I would like the option to turn it off so I'm not annoyed by it every time I launch the app.

Obviously, that would be the idea...to give the user the option to display it or not. But having that option for those of us who DO like this would be nice. That's all.
